首先是查询v$archived_log视图，然后分析applied字段信息，官方说明如下：

Indicateswhetheranarchivedredologfilehasbeenappliedtothecorrespondingphysicalstandbydatabase.ThevalueisalwaysNOforlocaldestinations.ThiscolumnismeaningfulonaphysicalstandbydatabaseforrowswhereREGISTRAR=RFS:■IfREGISTRAR=RFSandAPPLIED=NO,thenthelogfilehasbeenreceivedbuthasnotyetbeenapplied.■IfREGISTRAR=RFSandAPPLIED=IN-MEMORY,thenthelogfilehasbeenappliedinmemory,butthedatafileshavenotyetbeenupdated.■IfREGISTRAR=RFSandAPPLIED=YES,thenthelogfilehasbeenappliedandthedatafileshavebeenupdated.Thiscolumncanbeusedtoidentifylogfilesthatcanbebackedupanddeleted.Whenusedforthispurpose,thevalueIN-MEMORYshouldbetreatedasifitwereNO.
